Heat Pumps: Knowledge X-Change and Networking Event

GSNI and Ulster University are hosting a ‘Heat Pumps: Knowledge X-Change and Networking Event’. The aim is to support a cluster scale-up and will focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, standards and skills.

This event is for SMEs, entrepreneurs, academics, policymakers, estate managers, corporates, investors and third sector participants involved and/or interested in the heat pump engineering, manufacture and installation supply chain.

This initiative is supported by professional scientific and technical advice from the NI Geothermal Advisory Committee.

Event Details:

The event will be chaired by Louise Cullen and will consist of four sessions with various keynote speakers from the sector and dedicated Q&A opportunities. There will be tours of Ulster University’s Centre for Sustainable Technologies Laboratories, networking with attendees, trade stands and research posters on display. The GeoEnergy NI Discovery Centre will also be outside the venue which is packed full of educational resources centred around geothermal energy, including interactive experiences such as Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. Please note the event will be held in the BD Building.

Please note there is a prayer room, quiet room and a meeting room available to use throughout the day. More information about these facilities can be provided by staff on the registration desk.

Induction loops and infrared listening systems are installed throughout the Belfast Ulster University campus.
